INTRODUCTION:
The bottom entry agitators are outstanding when the liquid level in the tank can get very low during operation, or there is very limited space above or around the tank for either top or side entry. What is more, strong vortex as well as aeration is greatly reduced with the bottom entry agitators.
 
MAGNETIC AGITATOR:
RIXU provides our regular bottom entry agitators with motorized drive and mechanical seal (either single or double); meanwhile, we also have the special bottom agitator with magnetic drive. In a magnetic agitator, the magnetic couplings transmit their torque without direct touch of the mixing head, but by the magnetic field, thus they are working nearly without mechanical wear, which makes it possible that these magnetic agitators have much longer duty life with correct design and under proper working conditions.
 
For highly hygienic applications such as fermentation, biology and pharmaceuticals, bottom entry magnetic mixers are playing the dominant position. Magnetic mixers are featured for its free-of-sealing technology thus no risk of leakage and contamination between batches; besides, as the magnetic mixer is driven by magnetic field instead of mechanical mechanism, there is no mechanical wear which leads to long duty life and minimum maintenance.
 
BOTTOM ENTRY HIGH SHEAR MIXER:

RIXU agitators are designed based on the diversified need of our customers, and manufactured to withstand tens of thousands of hours of continuous operation.
 
The shaft diameter and length, coupling & sealing, impeller type and size, speed, motor power are all tailored for specific purpose. Contact materials (carbon steel, SS304, SS316L, Duplex SS, Hastelloy, etc.) are selected according to the material nature. Different mounting modes (top entry, side entry, bottom entry) are available to fit into the containers.
